In the present society, dating is a social practice which is quite common among people of belonging to both the sexes and of different age groups. Generally in such an activity, two persons or even a group of people may get involved.
The purpose of getting involved in such an activity is to know each other better to help them to decide whether they can set up any long term relationship between themselves ultimately leading them to marriage.
For a man who is new to dating, it sometimes becomes frustrating as he may feel he does not understand what a woman wants to get from dating. To help them in this endeavor, some tips are being given below which may be used as a guideline to them regarding how he should behave, what should be his appearance and how he should talk with the woman he is dating. Generally, women expect men to behave like a proper gentleman in their treatment to a woman.
First of all, it goes without saying that you should try to look your best while you are going out to date. You should take care of your personal hygiene. You should be properly shaved, have a proper bath, should be well groomed, may be have a good hair cut, and smell nice.
Another important point is what you are wearing for your date. You should not wear old dresses or torn jeans or sweaters. You should wear well fitted dresses with proper shoes. Your suit should be well tailored and look nice.
You should be able to make an impression that you can look after yourself properly and will be able to look after your partner as well.
For people who have passed out of their schools or colleges, it will definitely be an advantage if you do have a job. This will show to your partner you do have some goal in your life to achieve. It does not matter whether it is a manual job but you must show some determination to go ahead in your life. This will create some kind of confidence in women to go ahead with you.
You must show to your partner that you are not an idiot but quite a knowledgeable person. You must be well aware about current affairs. Reading a good newspaper and watching news on TV will definitely benefit.
You should be courteous and chivalrous towards woman and should not use any foul language or swear before her.
These tips may be considered as basic tips. There are many other aspects of behavior you will learn form your experience and that of others.
